I need my Screen Time passcode back

Open Bail, go to Settings → Screen Time is locked → Recovery ticket, and tap Email support. It sends us your encrypted ticket; we reply with the passcode. There's no button in the app that shows it, on purpose.

How do pardons work?

You get three pardons every calendar month. Bailing out of a session costs one, after a 15-minute wait you can cancel. If you cancel, or the session ends first, you keep the pardon. You can't buy more.

Bail isn't blocking an app

Check that the app is chosen in the mode you locked in with (Manage modes → the mode → Apps & websites). Apple limits a mode to 50 individual apps; choose a category to block more.

I changed phones

Set Bail up again on the new phone. Your activity history stays on the old phone. If you used the Screen Time lock, email us your recovery ticket from the old phone before you wipe it.
